PIN code stands for Personal Identity Number, messing that code could fry your sim card if you dont know you Personal Unblocking Code. Contact your mobile operator for support. Or try a diffrent sim card in your phone.

I'd call AT&T.
A hard reset should have gotten rid of any password set on Windows Mobile.

... wow... K well first off it really sounds like you stole this phone because I don't see how anyone could forget their own password. Second, since its a phone regular methods of password decryption, or any form of password attack that would work on a cell phone would be very hard to come by unless you know C++ and could write your own. Take it to your service provider.

Haha well I never DID say it was mine... well ok I said 'I have' but that is beside the point... it was given to me by a friend at work who found it.

Then guess what douchebag, do the right thing and take it to an AT&T store.

Um well let me think, douchbag, there is no such thing as AT&T over here and I am not travelling to some foreign country to hand over a phone.

I would say taking it to it's service provider so that it could be returned to its rightful owner would be the best thing to do, and you would have to buy a contract or use prepaid cards for it anyhow, seeing as using a lost phone is just stupid.
