you can do what i do, w/ my posters, get a tack, put it almost fully in the wall, place the poster on the wall, resting on the metal part of the tack, then push the tack in fully.

you might get a small circle indentation (sp) on it, but no hole

I've done that for my artwork at school and at a museum, but didn't think it'd work with album covers. I'll try it out, anyway.
