If you're into gritty "teen" indy flicks, I'd go ahead and recommend the whole Larry Clark catalog. Otherwise, "The Motel," is a good one. You could try the cult classic, "Welcome to the doll house," but you may of already seen that. If you have and enjoyed it, try all of Todd Solondz films. I sincerely believe that he has continued to outdo himself over and over !

I haven't seen many independent films, which is incredibly ironic, because I want to be an independent filmmaker. I do love Thirteen and Pieces of April though.
