how can i layer with a blue thermal? its like a dark navy blue color and i cant think of anything i can wear over it to layer it with

Well, you can always wear cream colors with navy blue. But if there's more grey than blue in the thermal, I'd go with something grey or black or silver.

It depends on the look you are going for. Like the above poster, I suggest a cream color.

Try tank tops under it?
And add lace to the tank tops to add some feminine flare.

ummm....i'm a guy...but i appreciate layering, so dont get me wrong, i just dont like lace

and hmmmm...maybe if i can find a cream color, idk
