Nope, plastic surgery is the only way to really remove it well. But I can't promise you'll they will be gone completely then. But it will definitely improved it.

Other than.... they will fade eventually but they still be ugly (white streaky lines).

You can use a scar oil like Bio Oil, they will never go completly but they will fade them.

Getting a tan also helps them not be so noticable, I suggest a fake tan.

Doesn't make them dissapear, but it makes them lighter.

Theres some oil you can get from your local pharamachy! if your from the uk! that does the trick.

vitamin e & cocoa butter helps. i'm not sure if they will make them disapper completely but it will definitely make them less noticeable. you can also try aloe vera.
