No leggings.
Colorful stuff for jewelry.
Very retro looking piece, so go with that.

I agree, don't do leggings. Tights are okay, though, I think.
And I'm thinking no on the boots, too. Flats are always safe.
Go with some bold, colorful jewelry.

Don't wear boots with the dress
Tights would be nice, but depending on the length you could just go bare leg
And instead of flats do you not have some just plain black heels?

its pretty short so bare legged really isn't and option, i do have some black heels but they are pretty dressy.

ah.. dont do the bold colourful jewelry, it'll clash with your dress. your dress is obviously the main focal point, keep it that way.

Go for tights and black flats then... make sure the tights are opaque though, like maybe 100 denier, it will look alot better
Andddd, I agree with the person above me keep the jewellery simple

I think simple jewellery would be better suited.
Try long delicate silver chains with nice trinklets, detail etc.
And no boots.
Flats.

you could do big chunky jewelery if it's a neutral colour.

Don't do leggings or tights.
Heels all the way.

I think you should do some high black boots, and black leggings, then some chunky colorful necklaces and bracelets.

Just do whatever feels right to you. If someone doesn't like it it's their problem, not yours.

I don't like the "dress"
but I would NEVER wear boots with a dress.

The dress is really cute =)
I think capri leggings or tights would work...
Flats would be cute!
But I think a pair of biker style boots would look cool with it!
Maybe something like this http://img.nextag.com/image/Harley-Davidson-Women-Leather/1/000/005/427/260/542726047.jpg
Im not really into biker boots myself but I think it could look good with this dress!
Keep the jewellary simple..

no leggings! wear biker boots with it and i might have to take you down =]. but seriously, biker boots are great, but not with that. wear tights... plain black ones. with simple-ish flats, and vintage jewelry, but no necklaces it will mess with the look of the neckline. go with bangles. no dangy earrings either. and if you do a headband, make it simple. a lot of people make the mistake of overacessorizing... a dress like that needs to be the main focus.
