You're 18, you don't need foundation.
Just wear eyemakeup and lip gloss.
Foundation is bad for your skin anyway, unless you want to spend 100's on bareminerals.

i agree with Babygrl5016xoxo. if you really don't need foundation, which i'm pretty sure you don't, you shouldn't wear it , at least not daily. it will ruin your skin later on, and then you will NEED to wear it. but i heard orange eyeshadow brings out blue eyes. it's worth a shot.

If your skin is oily and that makes your foundation come off, go to Walgreens or a drug store and pick up oil blotting sheets. They're usually sold by Noxema I believe, I have a few and they work very well. I notice that if my face gets a little shiny or something, I blot my face with the paper and the oil comes off (sounds sick) and your make up looks like you just applied it. I don't wear a lot of foundation but I do realize sometimes it looks pretty shitty during the day.

I also have blue eyes and I just use a simple black mascara on my top lashes and use just a little bit of eyeliner underneath. I keep the make-up really simple because I have darker hair, so if I tend to over-use bronzer or eye shadows, I'd look pretty disgusting.

use as little foundation as possible. try a loose powder form applied minimally with a sponge. maybelline dream matte is quite good for a low price product.

eye makeup also depends on your skin tone, but generally blue eyes go well with silver and black eyeshadow. a really nude look is fresher though, try just mascara and if you like blush, go for a bronzer or peach instead of pink.

orange eyeshadow washes out any eye colour. its not an everyday colour, maybe stage makeup.
