1st: How do you achieve the smokey eye look?
2nd: Is it too dramatic to wear that to school?

i wouldn't wear it to school, but i guess it depends on what your look is...

A subtle smokey eye (like using browns instead of blacks) would be okay for school but ya.. the full effect might be a bit much.
