The second picture is the only one you look more guyish in, but thats just because of your outfit.
Straigten your hair and get some layers in it?
Try eyeliner, even though your not really into it.

But i think your look is fine, it doesn't look boyish, the only one that does is the second.
If you want to wear those kind of things and not look so boyish maby get some accessories, wear nail varnish, wear something that feminine along with it?

You look really cute on those 4 pictures.
As long as you stick to wearing clothes that are at least a little bit feminine like that, and wear a couple pieces jewelery, I'm sure nobody will think you're a guy.
Also, think about wearing a little bit of make up. Not a ton.
Just a little bit of eyeliner or mascara to bring out your eyes.

Personally, I don't think you need to change unless you don't feel confident or yourself in your clothes. I wouldn't think you were a guy if you were walking down the street since your facial strucuture isn't very manly.
