He had drug and alcohol problems so he was in a rehab facility. In a magazine he was interviewed, he said he turned to drinking when him and Lauren broke up. He said he was never one to drink alone... but he drank way too much while he was out with friends. He's also moved on from his friends who go out and party now and has cleaned up a lot.
