It is easily one of the year's best. Unfortunately this little gem becomes over-looked in the quiet period of winter, as most people would much prefer to watch braindead movies like I Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
The acting from both leading cast and supporting roles, particularly those in Ben Foster and Peter Fonda, are immensely brilliant. It's also a shame that pretentious film magazines (namely Empire and Total Film) reviewed it as a derailment in its conclusive ending as though it missed out a scene "grindhouse" style. Although it is perceived wrongly by a fair few, I thought it was a great finish to a greater film that was well worthy of 4 stars.

Yes, excellent movie. Haven't seen a well-made movie in a while, and this is definitely one.
