Of course I haven't, I mean what kind of person would say a movie is scarier than another when they've actually seen it? Pft. poppycock.

The scariest movie has to be Requiem for a Dream because it shows how fucked up drugs can be and how things in life can turn from bad to worse its not scary as some bullshit Freak acident leaves some retard super human killing countless number of dumb campers who for some reason always end up naked and dead.

I still haven't seen a movie that scared me. I just won't get scared by a movie, because I know it's a movie. I hate it, because I like getting scared too....

I.T I saw it when I was 9 and didn't sleep for two weeks. Had a clown fear before and this didn't help.

I never had action figures because of The Puppetmasters

But I agree, 28 Days Later is one of the best Zombie movies ever.

i agree.
when we got out of the theaters, my friend was laughing and going on about how lame it was, and i was shaking.
i had to look down at my feet before i went to sleep for a week after that.

and the ring was scary, but i don't know why the grudge freaked me out more.

LOLZ THE HILLS HAVE EYES REMAKE? THE GRUDGE? THE RING?

man .. some people piss their pants over the dullest - most unchilling - shittiest films.

Mhh yes 28 Days Later is an amazing film, but the scariest film i've ever seen wasn't so much scary, but more shocking, its a british film by the same director as Dog Soldiers (one of my fave horror films of all time) called The Descent. Really worth watching if you want a good shocking! mhh i'm trying to think of another decent horror film, but Final Destination? your an idiot for even mentioning that, it was hilarious!

mhh......13 Ghosts was pretty damn cool (i was quite young when i saw it so it probably isnt as bad anymore).

Oooohhh you have to watch House of a Thousand Corpses but you must be intoxicated first :P

and i agree Ultravox!

in the mouth of madness is i really trippy movie. i highly recomend it.

the origional texas chainsaw massecer wasn't bad.

oooooooooooooh! my favorit horror movies, the candyman!!!! there's three movies in the series and they are amazing! it isn't the kind of jump out and get you scary movie...but it's just woh. you have to see them to understand.

candyman: farwell to the flesh is the last, and best in the series

but the movie that has ever scared me the most is charlie and the chocolate factory...wierd michael jackson like, johnny dep pail scarry thing! i still get nightmares eek! *hides under covers*

In The Mouth Of Madness was very creative/original, but the acting was borderline mediocre

09-17-2007, 09:13 PM
well, sometimes you have to look past the crappy acting to the plotline....that said, most acting is mediocer now a days

wow. it saddens me to think some people considered the ring and the grudge scary. i guess i'm not easily scared, hell there probably isn't a horror movie out there that *scares* me, but there are some pretty good ones.

Halloween
Cabin Fever
HOSTEL (i know most people dont agree with me, but whatever)
2001 Maniacs
SAW
1408 was good
House of 1000 Corpses
The Devils Rejects
Audition
Stir of Echoes =P
What Lies Beneath
(quite a few of them i guess are just gory, not 'scary' but still.)
and movies that i havent seen that need to be watched are
The Guinea Pig Films
and
Cannibal Holocaust.
