This is random, but I need help ASAP.

I'm going to an evening thing tomorrow and i've got a black pencil dress. It fits AMAZING on top, my cleavage looks great. But i've got quite a little waist and small hips so it's a teeeeny bit baggy on the bottem half. It would be nice to fill it out more.

Do you know if there's any such a thing as padded underwear or something? That will make your hips look curvier and your waist smaller? Haa, i feel so stupid asking but I know there's stuff which tucks everything in to make you look thinner. Is there anything which would do the opposite?

Haha, believe it or not there are legging type things at JCPenny that look like Ninja Turtle padding, but they give you a booty and smooth out legs. I don't know if they work or not, seeing as I have a greek butt, but maybe if you amazon reviewed them?
