A couple people have called me a loli. What is a loli? Like I dress different, and wear cute stuff, but I don't know what a loli is? Does it mean preppy or something?

Loli is pretty much slang for a little girls (aged 4-13) who post pictures of themselves on the internet and are 'enjoyed' by older men.

You probably look young. Loli can be a general term for a girl who is/ who looks young.
