I was also going to ask what kind you use! I have blue and green ones from Freshlook Color Blends. My eyes are light/medium brown so they don't show up as bright on me as my friends with naturally very dark brown eyes. I want some a little brighter :)

they cost me around $470, but they last for up to two years & im extremly happy with the outcome, so i think its worth it. (and it is cusom made for your eye, so not slipping around and it doesnt give it away that its fake unless you tell somebody and they know your wearing contacts)

I've had contacts for more than year, they really don't slip around much.

And that price? Outrageoussss. Though to be fair, I guess(depending on brand/type/prescription) 2 years worth of contacts would probably be more than that.

yeah, cheap ones slip around easily.

yeah they last for one year gurenteed (sp?) but have the potential to last up to 2, if taken care of extremley well. and they were $470 for the contacts itself, but with the tax & fitting/exam costs all together around $550. that was my final price. i think it was worth it and a great deal.

Mine aren't handmade, they're manufactured in mass, lol. Freshlook contacts aren't exactly top of the line.

Idk if your contacts were really that great of a deal, but if you love them and have the money, then I'm happy for you! I don't know how natural they look up close, but they look good from what I can see. :) Most people aren't going to come up to you and look at your eyes from a foot away anyways, so I wouldn't be too worried about that.
