I personally wouldn't pair those pumps with the shorts. Maybe put a white tank or tee with the shorts and just a pair of sandals. I know when I'm partying I don't like to wear heels.

I think the shorts look too fancy.. but not fancy enough for heels... and I don't even think the outfit you're talking about is suitable for outside.. o.0
