Alright, so I work at walmart and get a little over a thousand dollars a month. And after bills and such, I have about 200-300 left over. So I'm saving maybe 25-50% of that for my GF's christmas present. She's still in highschool so her mom buys her, cheap clothes, like "Target....Old Navy" and such. So I decided I wanted to buy her some nice clothes for christmas. Any idea's on brands for NICE clothes...not like Abercrombie, and Hollister and such. Like almost clubbing clothes. Clothes that you can wear out when you go to the club, or clothes that actually make you feel good about yourself. Any fashion tips including Shoes, pants, underwear, belts maybe?, shirts, Accessories?.

Why dont you, as a present, take her shopping and she can pick out what she likes.
My boyfriend did that with me when we went to melbourne, he just said you can spend up to this amount. And it was heaps of fun too.
Getting her vouchers are impersonal, so i reckon you should take her shopping.

Bah, what's with girls and clothes?
I know someone who spent $300 on a 'outfit' that I could have made with less fabric than a handtowel.

I would do that, but she knows I have credit card bills, and student loans I have to pay off, so she won't pick out what she likes, she'll pick out whats cheaper, so i figured I'd but stuff and not tell her the prices.

Mandee has a lot of cute, stylish clothes, so you really can't go wrong shopping in that store.
Maybe you could get her a mini dress. Just not too mini.

I would agree that you should take her shopping. dont do vouchers, and if you insist on choosing the clothes then you shouldnt make the mistake of choosing her all clothes that are minature- like skirts and revealing dresses/

Yeah, I would be most worried about getting something that doesn't fit or something that she doesn't like. So, if you take her out to get them, she can try them on and see if she likes them. I don't know. Maybe you can tell her that the money is for her and you're ONLY going to spend it on her so she mind well get what she wants. Just think of something to tell her so she doesn't hesitate to get what she wants.

Go to Rue 21.
Yeah, they have cheap clothes.
But some of the clothes are very "club-ish" and really pretty.

Most guys don't like shopping with their girlfriends, so that would be like an extra present, just to have you to herself if you went shopping with her. I would love it if my boyfriend took me shopping! And you have to remember that she might like the brands you just named, and might not want to wear the more expensive clothes. It would also be much more realistic for her to have clothes she can go to school in rather than clubbing, so she might not want higher end clothes.

I think the clothes is a good idea, however you decide to do it. But how about some nice jewelry to go with it?
Oh well, just a thought.

Okay, a few really trandy stores that I like are Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Wet Seal, and Gadzooks. They have some really cute clothes! (in my opinion) and they aren't that expensive, but they have good quality. =] You can find them at a lot of malls.

maybe post pictures of her on here and then some outfits you like and i'm sure we could all help. also maybe instead of buying her a lot of clothes because how you desribe her is that she might feel guilty buy her a comlete evening outfit shoes and everything and then take her out to a really nice dinner.
