It's a relatively extreme look, so it may be better for a professional to take a bit care of it. But if you think you can handle it yourself then why not.
That style is pretty cool, I love it when people go beyond normal and go artistically with their appearance.

Me too... it shows individuality. I'm probably going to get it done first at some salon, and then afterwards at home. Because I'm planning to dye my hair black-red with henna. Then place fake black eyelashes, and black mascara

I probably won't even look like the same person I am now, but I think it be cool cause I'm tired the way I look now, it's pretty but too country plain.

Just thought I should point that out to you, seems you're a bit mixed up.

Those eyebrows are way too thin.
The most commen mistake with women & shaping their eyebrows is over plucking/waxing them.
There is nothing wrong with the eyebrows you have now, they look just fine.
BTW, I like your hair color.
