I was wondering if I should get highlights, or high and lowlights.
My friend said high and lowlights, but I dont want to spend all this money and be disappointed with the turn out. So I'm just curious what you guys think, and get some oppinions. I'd put a picture on but my pictures are huggeee, so just look at my profile;] .
Well my hair is kinda like, a little tiny bit of blonde, like dirty blonde. If that helps lol.

Theres not really a good dead on clear picture of your face showing your hair.
But I think high lights would look better on your hair than low lights.

Highlights.
