kay, so i just bought this new scrub, ' St. Ives MEDICATED Apricot Scrub '

since its medicated, i can use it every day right ?
is it bad to exfoliate every day ? .. what about twice a day.. ?

Ahhh I love that stuff, I don't know if mine is medicated though. And you probably could use it once a day, twice might be a little irritating. Read the directions on it.

yeh it is bad to exfoilate everyday

once or twice a week will be sufficent for your skin.

it's pointless to use it everyday, since it takes a while to build dead skin cells.

that's what the scrub does, it even out your skin by taking those dead skin cells off. maybe 2 or 3 times a week, like the above poster said.

IT'S BAD TO USE IT EVERYDAY BUT I USE THE NON-MEDICATED SCRUB ABOUT EVERY OTHER DAY IT KINDA MATTERS YOUR SKIN TYPE.

i dont think the fact its medicated would stop you using it everyday but as had been said its bed to exfoliate everyday. And as you already have spots (im assuming as its medicated) it will irritate and cause more spots! i sujest you use it twice a week.

True, i only use it once a week, its really not necessary to use it everyday

Ive heard really good things about that.
I think ill get it.

Anyway, i would say once or twice a week.

i love it. i use it every night. its made my face look a lot better :)

i use exfoliating shower gloves
they work great cos i can put whatever shower gel i want on them and it still exfoliates- and id say much better
i exfoliate twice a week.
