I've allready read how to do it. But for all of the pictures it says they are to big. I'm talking about the pictures saved to my computer not the avatars you can choose from on neonteen. I want one of these but I dont know how to get it on there. Can someone plz help me???

Sorry if I seemed mean about it, but it's just not my job to resize everyone's pictures.

If I did have to resize everyone's pictures for them, it would multiply my workload by at least fifty.

So I make people either figure out how to do it themselves or have others do it for them.
