Well I dye it.
So it was black and blue but it's fading into black and a sea foam greenish color.

then green or blue

shimmery brown on bottom, darker blue in the crease, and light blue on your brow really make blue eyes pop :)

whenever i have makeovers they tell me browns, creams, golds, really help blue eyes pop, also dark brown eyeliner. Clinque has awesome eye shadow combos, I use MAC stubborn brown eyeliner. Blue on blue? that just sounds.... skanky. Stick to more natural colors to really make your eyes stand out!

&& it doesnt look bad when most of the shadow is brown.. the whole lid is brown..

i think light browns, greys, and pale pinks are supposed to bring out blue eyes.

Anything brown, black, pink, gray etc. are good for blue eyes
Blue eye shadow however is reserved for Boy George.

no, i disagree. i've seen blue eyeshadow on lots of people and people with blue eyes too, it looks fine to me. you just have to find the right shade thats all.

Blue eyeshadow = Self Vomit
Plus it makes your eyes look more dull.

Violets, browns, & peaches make blue eyes pop out.
