ok, so its winter, and where i live its cold and wet and very windy.
as a result my skin is really dry, even though i use heavy moisturisers all the time, my lips are dry, cracked, sore, and feel like sandpaper, and im constantly using lipgloss and lipbalm. my hair isnt in top condition either, but it needs a cut anyway.
anybody have some REALLY good ways to moisturise my skin and lips so they arent so freaked out?

dont use lip gloss or hair spray or hair gel or any hair products bar serum. dont apply heat to it all the time.

take cooler showers. does work.

I use the E45 cream or whatever its called when i get dry skin. Really works.
