I'm getting kind of sick of my hair, so maybe you guys can help me out.

Does it look good the color it is, or should I dye it? I can't do any awesome funky colors because my workplace wouldn't like it, but maybe a bit darker... I don't think lighter would look so good, I think the dark brings out my eyes more.

And length? Should I grow it out more, or get it a bit shorter? I was thinking about getting it above-shoulder length just for a change, but again, I don't know if that'd look great with my face and everything. If I got it supershort like that, I'd probably get shorter layers too.

Also, I'm going to get myself a flat iron soon, and I'm hoping to use that a lot, so keep that in mind with your suggestions... I wanna be able to use it.

I know I know, I'm being horribly vague, but I'm open to any and all suggestions.

When using a Flat iron, be careful with it because it can damage you're hair, if you're going to be using it alot make sure you buy a flat iron thats ceramic, and then get some stuff to protect you're hair..that's what I do.
And for length, I'm not a professional lol, so I'm just gonna give you my personal opinion. I think it would look really nice above the shoulder but you don't want it to be too too short.

Oh yeah, my sister used to work at a beauty salon, she told me exactly which flat iron to get, and trust me it wasn't cheap haha.
