hey, i got my belly done but was wondering how do you take the bar out??

unscrew the top ball and take it off completely, gently pull the bottom ball downwards to pull the bar out.

ooooh my god...........unscrew one of the balls...............god damn people now days.... >.^

Don't change it until it's fully healed. I'm pretty sure it's not so you don't need to change it.
