ok so my bf has a thing for girls who scrunch their hair...and i rele have no fucking clue how to get my hair that way(and look good) anyone wana give me some tips??

put gel in wet hair.
kinda lift and grab from the bottom.
let it dry naturally.

make sure your hair is flipped over your head so when you bend over it's all infront of your face before you lift and grab.

i find that my hair sticks out in all directions when i do that

Use mousse. It's kind of like gel except foamy. so it won't flake and stuff.
Basically use it on wet hair and crumple hair. it works like a charm. But I don't know if it would look that great on shoulder length hair. it looks good on long hair though... :/
