Was this movie not the most depressing movie ever? I loved the movie at the end when he gets the job and things turn around for him but jeez, when he is evicted from his apartment and has to sleep in a bathroom that was sad.

And also when he lost his shoe in the street I was thinking "Jeez, can anything else go wrong for this guy?!" lol

I thought it was a great movie, just kind of a downer till the end.

What did you think of the movie?

I havent seen it, but you cant fault Will Smiths acting talent. He wanted a more serious role, and he did it perfectly well. I hope he does some better movies though.

The whole point of the film was to make you feel sad. Its ment to make you sit back and realise that there are people alot worse of, and closer to home than Africa or something. I though it was a brilliant film and really touched me (although I didnt cry). Will Smith and his son both played the characters brilliantly and I hope to see them both in another film soon :D
