Just wondering what people's ideas are of movies like "Waking Life" and "I Heart Huckabees" because it opened my mind up infinitely...and if anyone knew of any other interesting, thought provoking movies

Try Before Sunset and Before Sunrise with Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke. 2 movies near and dear to my heart.. even if they may seem a little pseudo-intellectual at times. Try What the Bleep do we Know? too. It's more about quantum physics (a very simplified look at it) but I think it might be something you'd like. Definitely opens your mind. :)
