i have no clue what that feels like because im darker, so my advice probably isnt valid, but try googling: home remedies or something. goodluck with that, it'll eventually go away anyway, right?

sunburns hurt like a bitch
but, best bet is aloe vera.
normally you can find bottles of sunburn stuff at a target or whatever.
it helps
now being red, you just have to wait. It should go away in under a week

Aloe, the real plant works best, but they also make gels and shit. Um, lukewarm oatmeally baths too. And moisturize it a LOT so that it doesn't start peeling. And drinking a lot of water I think makes it less stiff and painful.

Aloe helps skin regenerate...so you will feel better, but you'll peel really fast. it's healthy, but it looks bad.

Try milk of magnesia. You can get it at a drug store, it's used as a laxative. I know it sounds weird but trust me, swab it on with a cotton ball and leave it on for 20 minutes and the redness basically goes away without peeling. Trust me...as weird as it sounds, I'm from Miami and I see sunburn year round.

Awesome home remedy... does nothing for the colour, but it stops the pain:

Mix 2 parts water and 1 part vinegar in a bowl.
Soak a cloth in the mixture and apply it directly to the sunburn.

It'll suck up the heat from the burn. Feels SO good. You can feel the cloth get warm, it's cool. Heh.

I woudn't suggest uing the actual plant only because it smells like old mashed potatoes. It's easy go get 99% aloe vera gel and it's really nice if it's been in the fridge all day. And it doesn't smell like potatoes!
