I wouldn't put my feet through the horror that is crocs.
I can find plenty comfortable shoes that look nice, no way in hell would those things ever get on my feet.
If you get any other pairs please don;t get the brightly coloured ones, there even worse than the neutral colours.

A lot of people can't wear flip flops, with out being irritated. I wear black crocs when I'm doing errands, they look just fine with a pair of pants on. I would think, brown and blue would have the same effect all depending on how one was dressed that day. Now those fucking multi-colored, tie-dye crocs are the most hideous thing a person could walk in, and almost everyone has them. If people were to stick to neutral colors, wear them on minimal occasions like errands and stuff, there would be no problem with the shoe. The same goes with UGG boots. If a person where to wear them NOT tucked into their jeans, they'd look cute to wear in the winter all depending what that person was wearing. But no, the trend was murdered, even slaughtered to death by teenage girls and their need to wear them tucked in or with skirts. :selfvomit

They are about the only ones i like, one pair of sandals i found somewhere look ok, i think they're on there too.

Oi... ok. I love crocs... and yet, I see where people are going when they say how much they hate them.

I was the first person I know to wear crocs. I got them back in early spring of '05, when they were relatively new. People thought they were ugly then too, but they were more like "ok, there's a girl wearing ugly shoes, but at least she's doing her own thing."

Now they're EVERYWHERE. And they have the ugliest, most uncomfortable knockoffs in various stores.

I'll keep wearing my crocs, but the trend is getting annoying.

I ware mine with regular cargo shorts or surf shorts. Thats the only types of pants I wear in the summer anyways. My outfits tend to look beachy. I have them in pearl and light blue.

First time I saw Crocs, some lady on the train had a bright orange pair on. She was also wearing rainbow-striped socks, overall shorts, and had her hair in pigtails. I for real thought she was a fucking clown and they were clown shoes.

Turns out they were the next big fad, and that realization hurt my brain.

Also, "they're only $30"? Fuck that, I won't pay more than $30 for a pair of shoes... and my shoes are the most comfortable things ever. All of them. Airwalk slip-ons FTW. Easy to slip on for small errands, and ridiculously comfortable to boot.
