Actually, shaving makes facial hair regrow faster, and longer. You're never going to have decent facial hair if you just sit there and expect it to grow.

Im still at the bumfuff stage, the more you shave the faster it comes back at the thicker the hairs

The rate at which hair grows is dependent on hereditary factors .. not how much you shave. How THICK the hair is, is related to how much you shave.
