My friend wants me to do her make-up & hair for our 8th grade graduation day. She's coming over friday so we can try some different things to see what looks best.
I want to know what would be the best colors for her eyes and lips.

Um go with natural colors and black mascara and eyliner then your ready to go. :D
as the hair loose culrs will be nice add some more body to her hair.

maybe pluck her brows to start with, but um dont put foundation on her. it looks like she has nice skin, use a tinted mosturizer instead. just go for the "natural look" with a light pink lip gloss on her lips. as for hair, i actually like the second one better.

black eyeliner.

use a 1" barrel curling iron.
and have a comb to backcomb for volume.

If you're going for natural, I'd stay away from eyeliner altogether and try eyeshadow instead.

Use a light foundation
Brown eyeshadows
To make her eyes "pop" use black mascara and eyeliner
Lip Gloss
or for natural look

Tinted moisturizer
Lip Gloss (not too glossy looking, try using a very light pink maybe)
Brown eyeliner on her toplids (underneath her eyelashes)

Try going through teen magazeines, they show lots of hairstyles and how to achieve the waves your looking for (not too over the top) And for make-up tips. I find CosmoGirl displays lots of hairstyles and different kinds of make-up ideas for partys, daytime, etc. and how to do it properly for those who don't know how.

Eyebrows should be first priority

Ok, shes very pretty in the 2nd pic so u can make her look gorgeous.
First things first....... she needs her eyebrows waxed or seriously plucked. They ruin her beauty.
Then, a very thin layer of foundation... concealer where needed (e.g. under the eyes or covering any blemishes). Then some nice pink blusher on the apples of her cheeks (don't go overboard, she'll end up looking either like a tranny or a clown).
Then give her some smokey eyes... put white sparkly eye shadow up to her eyebrows, then black/blue smokey colours on the outside of each eye NOT up to the eyebrows.
She should put on some natural coloured ipgloss n ta da!!

Make sure she looks natural... there's nothing worse than looking like she's tried too hard.
