kk i was watching the Tyra Show like 3 days ago and apparently Thongs cause Hemeroids !!

and that when you slepp you should be wearing a bra .. becuz it prevents sagginess in the breasts.

just thought that you guys should kknow about it ...

wow, that is some interesting info (and i'm not talking about the pix of the hemeroids, eww). i think that's more for girls who wear thongs like everyday underwear. you're not supposed to wear thongs for long periods of time and definitely not when you go to bed. some girls really don't realize that. don't wear a thong if you don't have to. i think that's what puts some girls at risk for the hemeroids.

and as for the wearing a bra to bed, i don't because i'm a b cup and won't be prone to sagging as i get older, but wearing bras to bed can also cause cysts, so that's also something to think about. i don't think it's a thing that you should or shouldn't do, just do whatever makes you comfortable. wearing a bra to bed is so uncomfortable to me. you've gotta let the girls breathe! i mean, we wear bras most of the day so i don't see the harm in letting them be overnight. unless you're really worried about sagging or something. and i haven't read anything medically proven that says wearing bras to bed give you breast cancer. that's just a myth. but they can give you cysts.
