Today i went to a really good salon to get my eyebrows done. i thought if i pay $45 now I wont have to have them shaped for a while. I went to this salon they did my eyebrows but I got them done on my lunch break.. the tweezed them alot and cut them with scissors. Because I was in a rush i never looked at them properly... anyway I got to work looked in the mirror and shes waxed half my eyebrow off... theres about 1.5 cm missing from one eye brow and then just 2 hairs... The salon had closed by the time I noticed it...


Do you think i could go back and complain or would they just be like our staff wouldnt do that you did that yourself'? Any beauticians on here... how have you dealt with this? would they take notice or just say I did it myself? Any one have any advice on handling this thing? I havent touched them at all.

do you have any proof that you got them done there??? if not they wont believe you

yea.. I got a receipt. but its proving that she screwed them up... Im pretty sure there just going to be like Oh our staff wouldnt do that your did that at home

Well, if theyre a good salon (which they should be, since they cost so damn much for an eyebrow wax) then they should have good policies.
Tell them that your unhappy with how they have left your eyebrows and that you want to be refunded, or given some free beauty treatment vouchers to use there because you now have to go and fix what they have done, which is costing you more money.

i hope it grows back. I still think they are going to blame me for it though ohwell worth a shot

i would go back screw what they say and throw a temper tantrum Lol.

During the summer, I got mine done, but not a really good salon like the one you went too and I had the same problem, I had like no eyebrow hair left. I was just about to go away that day so I was also in a rush and I didn't really look at them till later, when I was on the road. But my eyebrows grew back to the way the were, they didn't grow back in funny. So now when I get them done I tell them exactly what I want, and I tell them I don't wan them thin and then they do the job right.

But yeah in your case go in and be like wtf and see what happens.

I'd go back if I was you. Complain until they decide to fix them or give you a refund. And then afterwards, never go back.

write a written complaint to head office. if they have one.
