so that they will go back to a normal regular pierced size, it would be about 8mm. and i wouldt go further than that.

How do we know you're a real piercer and not just someone online pretending to be one?

My belly button piercing almost migrated to the point where i've had to remove it so it doesn't rip out..(it's that thin).... is it worth getting it done again (lower) or will the same thing happen?

Your retarded for leaving it in for it to get to that point. Migration happens for many reasons if your to get it done again id go for a 12 G surgical steel bar, dont put gold in your belly button. Gold Jewelry in belly buttons is prone to rejection. get it pierced higher in the skin, if you notice migration take it out however I suggest you get it pierced on the bottom of the belly button, you will have alot of scar tissue n the top , its pretty sensitive and its a horrible thing to heal in a piercing.

I work at a primitive piercing place so we do the branding, scarification, disk implants, bead implants and I have to agree with you. Primitive body art is disgusting. I have put discs in peoples lips. You know the ones they have in the ears? people want them through there lips.... however just a standard body jewel minus madonna piercings can be quite nice.. nothing wrong with it if the piercer is qualified and the person knows how to care for a piercing. At least you can take them out.
