Maybe you're not getting enough sleep....? I would just give it time, abut if you're desperate to cover them use concealer.

make sure you get an adiquate amount of sleep
use concealer if that doesnt do the trick.

either get some more sleep, drink water, or maybe concealer?? my little brother who is 4 has bad circles under his eyes, makes him look sickly (still cute as crap though! lol) at 1st we thought he was anemic or whatever but that wasn't it, i don't really remember what the doctors told my mom
Bags under the eyes are mostly from lack of sleep. They're basically bruising from strain. Make sure you sleep 8/9 hours a night, but early/earlier nights.. drink loads of water.

Put vaselene under your eyes before you go to bed. It lightens them. But make sure you sleep enough and drink plenty water.

i have the same problem. i get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water. i think its because i have less skin there. i just pust some makeup there. it doenst make them look all the way gone but it does help some. good luck though.

I get this too especially around times when i'm seriously stressed etc. this is what i normally do...
Best thing to do is (as everyone is saying) make sure you get plenty of sleep and seriously drink loads of water. Eating more fruit is good too as it replenishes a lot of the vitamins that keep your skin looking nice. However, you can still get bad dark circles even if you are doing all these things.
So for concealing them, forget the green tea bags (although drinking green tea does help your skin) you can get really good creams from chemists, the best one i think is from Boots its part of their own range and its a cucumber eye gel that you put on overnight. After a few days they should clear up a bit. Also to conceal make sure you put a good concealer on the dark area and if you wear foundation normally make sure you blend the two well. Then put some highlighter along your cheekbone. This works really well because whilst the concealer can only partially hide eyebags the highlighter distracts attention from it.
Hope this helps!!

Usually they're not caused by sleep, by the way.
It's all genetics.

Well i'm the only one in my family that has them.. so genetics isn't my problem :D

hahahahaha you must be fair skinned like me, I have the same problem. I just use a lot of concealer and this eye cream from neutrogena....it works for the most part, but when I don't sleep for 40 hours sometimes nothing really works.

well that makes my last response a little stupid! sorry.
try the tea bag thing but try leaving a cucumber slice or something on them as well, cucumber is really good as it has lots of good vitamins! Sorry nothings working so far you may just be very unlucky and have to live with it.
Another thing that could be causing it is if you are slightly anemic, it might help to eat more green veg or something rich in iron, as the dark circles under your eyes (Espevially if you are fair skinned) are made worse by the unoxidised haemaglobin in your blood as this is when your blood is a darker colour..
