hm..what color eyes?
I would say light to medium shades of eyeshadow.
maybe like light purples and greens and such.
as for eye liner i would say black, not too light but
not too dark. also use a thickening mascera.
but thats just what i would say. im no expert.
good luck =]

Im gonna say maybe a tiny bit of of blush on the apples of your cheeks to give your face some definition and give it a little brightness

depending on what skin you have
dry skin - extra moisture foundation
oily skin - oil free balancing foundation
you never stated what colour your eyes are -
colours that reli suit every1 are greens blues silver most neutral colours. give us some more info so i can give more information on make up.
long lashes - super volume mascara

freckles makes it hard really. stick to natural colours because you already have colour on your face that you need to either cover with foundation, or follow with your choice of eyeshadow etc.

Go to a Macy's, Dillard's, or other department store and go to the make up stands they have in them. The woman at the counter will be more than happy to tell you what colors to wear and put some make up on you for free.

Yay! me too!
Anyway, i have the same sort of complexion. I normally just go for natural colours, black eyeliner, but not too heavy, separating, lengthening mascara. Oh and a glittery, but not too dark eyeshadow or glitter pencil looks good too. Someone told me that putting a tiny bit of bronzer on the apples of your cheeks and tip of your nose can make the skin look less pale and accentuate freckles. I haven't tried it yet but i will soon.
