So; I'm gonna be having a little photoshoot thing with my friend Tori sometime soon, and I want her to have really edgy make-up and hair. Sadly, I dont have the mad skills with hair and make up. I dont suck, but Im not awesome.

So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to do stuff like this:

Im kinda slow sometimes, so the more detailed the better.

And, I dont really have any ideas for hair, so if you could suggest something, That would be awesome.

my suggestion, go to a store like MAC or Sephora and they can help you out, show you how to do it and tell you what makeup you need etc.

i agree, MAC will help you out a ton. & to be honest, the best way to do looks like that is practice. Go ahead and start experimenting on yourself & use those pictures as a reference.

the really cool outthere ones are airbrush. they dont use make up. MAC isnt that good for those kinds of colours go for MECCA or Napolean cosmetics. Those cosmetic brandss usually wont help you unless you spend over 150 though. As everyone else said practise. also its amazing what you can do with a good brush and a bit of water :) even ask a beauty student to come do it for you say youll pay them %$20 im sure theyll be more then happy to do it.

As for cheap cosmetivs with those colours go for BYS, Australis.

well its gonna be hard to recreate them, but come up with some funky looks yourself... get some good brushes, a range of eyeshadow colours and eyeliners etc and have an experiment, copy the pictures if you want, do what you think will work to re-create the look.
