idk where this thread would go, feel free to move. anyway, i've had my industrial piercing for about 2 weeks. it was slightly swollen, and was beginning to heal and completely stopped hurting. so today during class i was playing with the screw and it fell off, and i didnt realize it, so when i tugged on the bar slightly it fell out. i took this as an opportunity to squeeze that nasty shit in it out, because my friend mallory told me that's what she did when she got her helix pierced. needless to say it was completely disgusting and i put the bar back in and now its so fucking swollen, irritated, and sorta red. im so stupid. any advice on how i should go about dealing with this?

Just try to not touch it, and keep it clean. My lip was swollen like a biotch after it was pierced, because of the area it was in, it was difficult not to move it.

when i got my nose done it was like that. I had to take it out after a while cos it was too sore...i know im a wimp

Yeah, I pierced my own belly button back when I was 14. (not too smart) Anyway, it got infected and I had to take it out.

ouch! yeah I have my helix pierced and it was constantly getting infected and then healing over and over... but anyways, it probably wasn't smart to touch it while it was healing. so, try cleaning it (sea salt solutions work great, and are also very soothing) and then don't play with it or touch it until it's healed! goodluck.
