anything you no to help reduce or get rid of acne scars thanks!

word of advice, id personally focus on preventing future pimple and acne, since they create the scars in the first place. For scars im not totally sure, but i hear vitamin e stuff works good.

but you can stop picking them and scratching them.. that will avoid scaring in the future.

I bought this Neutrogena Acne scar peel in America, but I'm sure you can get it wherever you live. It tells you to leave it on for 10 mins but leave it on for longer, as long as possible really (wlel not all day, maybe half an hour). If you use it regularly your scars really do clear up. Mine are clearing.

Vitamin E oil -- (i think thats what it is.. maybe ask in a pharmacy..)-- is supposed to be good for scars... don't know if it will work on acne though..worth a try

Bio Oil/Pure vitamin e oil.

Glyco Peel. Thats what the nuetrogena is. Everybody does glyco peels. also, if there 'craters' you need laser.

um i have a prescription acne medication called "benziclin" and it works really well at removing scars & keeping u from breaking out (if u use it everyday) unfourtunately for myself, i never have time to put it on before skool :(

oh also, there is a difference betwene scars and the red marks you get after the zits and shit go.
