my chapped lips hurt worse than getting the tattoo.

I'm just curious how long it will last before it fades. I doubt it will stay forever.

thats why a good artist will give you touch-up's for free. forever.

i dont know of any artists who give free touch-ups ...

99% of tattoo artists dont do free touch ups. You probably pay an extra amount when youre tat is first done to get touch ups or theyll discount it butits not 100% free. ink is too expensive.

tattoos, to me, are personal things.
they're not something i'd get just to show off and be like, "yeah, i have a tattoo."
it doesn't matter if people can see it or not.
i know it's there,
and it's a personal reminder of the most important person in my life.

& many last forever,
but it all depends on the person and the artist.
mine, actually, didn't get the needle in deep enough,
and it's already fading.
he has had one for years and years,
and it looks just as dark as mine did 20 seconds after i got it.

I've always thought that a tattoo is too painful/permanent a way to express yourself, but i dont know...not my thing i guess!

It shouldn't matter where you have it, or what it's of.
All that matters is that it's there, and it means something to you.
