Someone bought me the X-Men box set for me as a Christams present... i've watched the first one but before watching it i didnt think it was gonna be that great

However i was proven wrong....... i'd give it at least 8/10

now ya see im the complete opposite to you... there was so much hype about LOTR and i thought it was going to be really gd but when i actually got around to watching it it was just a huge disappointment....... i was bored through the majority of the film.......... but each to their own

i didn't really know what it was going to be on about and it didn't seem to be that good. But i watched it and thought it was my expectations.

High school musical also exceeded my expectations-
i liked the songs- they are catchy. The cheesiness was also ok to laugh at
But everything else- the actings, VOICES hell annoyed me.
Still crap in my opinion but still exceeded my expectations marginally.

The Truman Show. I saw it when I was a lot younger, and honestly didn't get it. So when I saw it a couple years ago, when I had taste/knowledge, I saw that it was so much more. I love it now.

Any good comic book movie can be counted as surpassing my expectations, just because it's so easy to rape the genre.
