So I got those tapers, for stretching piercings, and I think they're so wicked! Would you ever do it?? And if so what gauge would you go to? I'd never go lower than an 8, but they go down to like Triple Zero.

Opinions?

My bottom lobe piercings are at 4 gauge. my second ones are at 8. and my third are at 10. I'm hoping to get it to go 2 - 4 - 6 eventually. But i've never used tapers. Just bigger rings, and some soap or whatever for lubrication.

And they go WAYYYY bigger than triple 0. They just stop giving them in gauges, and start saying how big they are by the measurement in inches or millimeters.

i saw a guy once with a battary in his ear thats not normal its sick as hell.

Oooohh thats cool. The chick at culture craze said the best time to stretch them was after a hot shower and use baby oil for lubrication.

Yeah I had no idea they went bigger than triple zero. I've never seen them bigger, but i researched them and in Winnipeg you'd have to go to a specialty store to get anything bigger.

I have my ears stretched, not too large though. My first holes are at 6 and my second holes at eight.. I'm gunna keep my second holes there, but I wanna stretch my first holes to 4 or 2.. I'm not 100% sure yet... I love stretched earlobes, heck I love when any piercing is stretched to a certain extent(nothing too large in holes other than ears).. In the summer I plan on getting my center lip pierced and once it's healed stretching it to an 8 gauge. (but I'll also have to get the right side of my lip cuz I like symetry and currently I only have the left side.)

your ear lobes go disgusting once youve stretched them you do realise that? they never fully close over and your ear lobes will be saggy on your wedding day.

I used to have my ears to 6. I liked it and I wouldn't mind still having them, but they've shrunk back to normal now, and my earlobe is a different shape than it used to be. I used to have no lobe at all, and now my lobe goes out and then makes a curve. Not really noticable, but kind of annoying.

I agree about the little plastic plugs. I never really liked them very much. But i think that metal eyelets look good in smaller-gauge stretched lobes.

I kind of liked the plastic plugs..I had a dark red pair that looked really quite nice.

I personally like the bone, metal and buffalo horn ones. They look wicked. I've decided I want both the holes at an eight. And they do go back to normal if you don't go too big, or so I've heard.

Yeah I had them. I had 8's, that a good size I think. But they aren't as big as you think once you have them.
