I had split ends, so I cut my hair. I want my hair to grow long and thick. Does anyone have any tips on what I should use on my hair to help it grow really fast? Is there a certain shampoo or hair substance that might make it long and healthier quicker?

Doesn't horse shampoo work the best? My science teacher told me something like that.

That's what I heard also. But horse shampoo for humans? Or literally real horse shampoo? Lol...Because I know of this shampoo called Main N' Tail and it's horse shampoo but it's for human hair. I'm confused on that half though...

You don't need to bump your thread constantly. They will post replies..today, or tommorrow. Just wait. Can you do that?

Also, I really have no idea about the horse stufff. I tihnk you should use the horse shampoo made for humans.

"Don't wash your hair every day. Wash it about 2--3 times a week."
"I take these multivitamins just for hair (you can get those at your local drugstore)."
"To get my hair to grow more quickly, I massage my scalp for a few minutes while the shampoo is in."
"Condition, condition, condition!"
"Apply aloe vera oil to the ends any time you can!"
"Don't wear your hair up all the time. It'll break less."
"Try putting coconut oil on your hair overnight. That will control the frizz and eliminate split ends for a week."
"Once a week, add conditioner to dry hair before showering and leave on for 15 mins. Since your hair is dry, it absorbs the oil in the conditioner."
"Keep your hair clean and add mayonnaise every month. It keeps your hair healthy, shiny and full of vitamins."
"Do not straighten your hair with a hot iron while it is still damp. It will cause you to get split ends and breakage."
"Rinse conditioner all the way out so it doesn't weigh down your hair."
"My trick for getting super full and glamorous curly hair is to not use any products and let it dry naturally. Then, brush out or tease the underside of your hair. This way, you'll get volume on the bottom, but still have defined curls on top."
"Most people always part their hair on the same side. Switch the part to the other side to give hair more bounce and make it bigger!"
"For full hair, section off small pieces of hair and put them in rollers at night. In the morning, take out the rollers and comb through your hair."
"To get sexy, thick hair, cut your hair in layers. It adds volume and all you'll have to do is brush it! You won't even need to use hair products."
"I wash my hair with volumizing shampoo, then rinse, condition and rinse with cold water. It makes my hair really soft and adds volume."

Yeah, I"M FUCKEN STUPID? You're the little piece of shit that doesn't know anything.

3. Brushing your hair is good for it.
To the contrary, brushing your hair is very very very bad for your hair and the leading contributor to split ends and hair breakage. By all means groom your hair, but once it is in place, STOP.

2. Do not over brush your hair. With every stroke you damage your hair more. Brush only as much as you need to style the hair, then stop.

Overbrushing is one of the leading causes of mechanical damage to the hair

There's a million other sites saying the same damn thing. Educate yourself before accusing others of being stupid.

Brushing does not help hair, just brush it enough to style. Then leave it alone, cause it damages the hair.

Well only time will help hair, but have a nutritious diet always keeps healthy hair in good condition. In the long run just treat it well, and it will treat you well.

Two words: deep condition. I use Garnier Fructis sleek and shine deep conditioner, and it has made my hair a lot healthier. Also, if you ever straighten your hair, make sure to do it on a low setting and use heat protectant in your hair.

Don't cut your hair but you can get your ends clip because that helps on my hair, also wash your hair all the time and keep it clean, and grease your scalp.
