No, I like it and I don't find it tacky. And just so you know, there is no such thing as dressing like a certain race or skin color. Anyone can and should shop wherever they want to.

i meant low quality...and it isn't my fault because i followed all of the cleaning instructions so obviously it WASN'T my fault it was their fault for using cheap dyes.

actually, a lot of white people shop at forever 21 and wet seal. The store is so appealing because it is cheap. I will shop anywhere if I can get a shirt for 12 dollars.

The clothes at Wet Seal are cute, but they are pretty low quality. They stretch out easily and fade after one wash sometimes. I like it though, I shop there for basics like plain and striped tee's and tank tops and stuff.
