Over this past week on a vacation my whole way of fashion has changed. Well not really, but I did saw a new look I really love. It's an interesting combo, but a bit risky. And I was planning to dye my hair pitch blue-black tomorrow, and wear an outfit for a party very soon. Trust me I can wear any hair colors, but is this outfit fashionable? Please help, thanks.
