What color should I dye my hair? I have medium golden brown eyes and olive skin tone. My natural hair color is very dark, almost black. Currently it is a meduim/light golden brown and I want to go lighter. Should I dye it a Mariah Carey like honey blonde, a Beyonce like caramel blonde, a Jessica Alba like light golden brown or light golden brown with blonde highlights?

I don't. I look bad with dark hair. Light hair looks much better on me.

I don't have a pic of me on my new computer but out of the celebrities, I look closest to Jessica Alba. I'm not hispanic but I like latina. My skin's the same color as Alba's skin. Does that give you an idea?

I'd really like to try being blonde. Because I've been brunette all my life and up until this summer I had nearly black hair. I like my current lighter hue and think being blonde would be fun.

Don't do Mimi's hair....IMO it looks bad. I'd say to opt for the caramel blonde or the light golden brown.

My current hair color isn't natural. I would have to dye it back to get it dark. I don't plan to do that for a while. I want to experiment with my hair more.

So most of you think I should go with the light brown and blonde highlights?

^ Erm when you say highlights do you mean actual highlights or streaks?
A lot of people confuse them, and so if you mean streaks, then ew, no, and if you mean highlights, sure, why not.
