Youre an idiot if you pick anything besides the Supra. The Supra is worth almost 3 times an Eclipse and maybe 4 times a civic.
Not to mention, Supras are fast. Eclipses and Civics arent, unless you blow money on it.

Uhh...what?
I can think of plenty of cars that are much cooler, and not to mention better than a Volkswagen Jetta. Do you have a thing for shitty German economy cars?

hehe, the Toyota straight six, unless your willing to put a lot of money into it don't expect it to be a quality daily driver, they require a bit of frequent work in N/A and turbo form.
I don't know too much about the old mid ninties eclipses, I know the newer ones are junk, but then again I don't see that many on the road as there used to be.
Civics, reliable, cheap to maintain, period.
Supra, Cool until the cam seals need to be replaced, the old pan start leaking horribly, the rear main seal goes, etc. They're just a bad oil leaker from what I've seen and most of the used old ones have been beat on pretty hard. It's easy to find a well maintained civic that's just starting to get broken in.

The reason these Supras you've seen have sucked is because they're regged on by retarded teenage drivers. I've a friend who's own a Toyota Supra new since 1994. He has 120,000 miles on it and he's never had a problem, peroid.

Love how people are suprised when they destroy their engine after abusing it and never even bother to check oil/water. The best are the nobs that start up first thing in the morning and redline their poor engines.
Er... The water isnt even warm let alone the oil! I try to let my car idle for 5 minutes before I move off. Even then I dont take it beyond 2,500 RPM untill the oil comes up to temperature.
still... what do I know. :)

Civic with B-series. FTW. No one can say anything different.
Eclipse has a weak old version of the 4G63, and Supras are either expensive or crap.

I wasn't aware that this was a discussion based prely on economy, since that is the only category in which the Civic wins.

TVR made some cracking cars.
I could almost talk myself into buying a wedge or a 3000M.

The only TVR I would own is the Sagaris, minsly because it was designed properly, and doesn't try to kill you.
