i have these stupid dents in my nails..some people tell me that they are from too much calcium or not enough i dont know which it is..and i dont really care i just want to get rid of them..can anyone help me out with that??

A nail technician at a salon will be able to tell you, they'll also be able to tell you what you need to do to get rid of them.

It's not enough calcuim. Calcuim strengthens your nails. Plus calcuim's really important anyway.

i dont understand why i would have a calcium defficiency i drink like 3 glasses if milk a day

i would only the problem with that is i live in a small city in the middle of nowhere and people here dont know what they are talking about

i have that same problem
i got to the point i was so fed up with them i just got fake nails put on

but i have a friend that has that problem all she did was filed her whole nail and that seemed to even them out but i wouldnt recommened that idea cuz now her nails are like a peice of paper they are so thin

I heard the whole calcium thing was just a myth seeing as nails aren't made of calcium, they're made of kerotin, a protein. Hair's made of the same stuff.
