What do you guys think of a straight perm on curly hair but only on the top, (to get rid of most frizz)? A lot of Japanese people have been doing it latly, I would thought it would look weird but it actually doens't. I have been tihnking of doing this to get rid of frizz without putting a million products on your hair and to keep my wavy hair.

the people who do it are probably in the mdeia/fashion industry/hair models. they can afford to do this every 3 months.
